I reviewed your post and I understand that when you play a video on YouTube part of the video is not visible.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

I spoke with HP support and the drivers and the BIOs were updated remotely. Also when the internet speed was tested it was very slow.  It was mentioned that slow internet could be the issue. The problem seemed to have been fixed at the time that we tested it. Right after I got off the phone with HP it happened again. I ordered comcast hi speed internet.  After using the new internet service it is still happening. I am planning on calling HP Spectre support again.

Also wanted to clarify on the issue I am having. When I am watching video, you tube, netflix, etc, the top part of the video is frozen, the middle part is playing and the bottom part is frozen.
