I spoke with HP support and the drivers and the BIOs were updated remotely. Also when the internet speed was tested it was very slow. It was mentioned that slow internet could be the issue. The problem seemed to have been fixed at the time that we tested it. Right after I got off the phone with HP it happened again. I ordered comcast hi speed internet. After using the new internet service it is still happening. I am planning on calling HP Spectre support again.
