Alright i am getting this issue for two weeks , i have searched for the problem almost on every website possible, some talk abut driver and some say about windows update and bascially i have tried almost everything.

so the issue is my laptop when plugged in while playing games like runescape and csgo , the screen goes black while the pc is still running i can hear audio n stuff of the game, n there is no way to start the screen unless i do the hard reset , i have done all the hardware tests and it say the components r fine and well.

when i use the laptop on my battery everything is fine all  games run properly there is no issue.

i have even run the test for ac adaptor n it says its fine too.

please, suggest what should i do.
