Unfortunately, that model Bluetooth adapter is not supported for use in W10.

 

If the device is showing up as needing a driver, see if watching this video works:

 

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsMmazqz77Q&t=1s 

 

If there is nothing in the device manager that needs a driver, then you will have to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
