HP has many ranges of notebooks, in general:

Pavilion: cheap, low end machines.

Envy: better machines, more expensive than Pavilion,

Spectre: a lot more expensive and much better build machines,

Probook: low end for business machines

Elitebook: better than Probook, quality build and more expensive

Omen: true gaming machine. Pavilion Gaming machines are for poorer gamers.

Stream: For light work machines, cheap and cheap and cheap,

Chromebook: Using Chrome OS, not Windows

HP 13", HP 14", HP 15" and HP 17" are machines which normally sit between Pavilion and Envy machines.

Regards.
