Hello,

 

I am looking for a Bluetooth driver for my laptop, I have downloaded the HP support assistant for automatic driver installation and it worked but Bluetooth is not working in any way. It is showing connected with my headset, but I can not hear the sound with my headset. The laptop is playing sound through inbuilt speakers. Please suggest me the correct bluetooth driver for my laptop.

 

Current Installed Bluetooth driver by HP Support assistant : Ralink Bluetooth Stack64

You need this W7 BT driver...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the MediaTek/Ralink Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
