2. Windows updater and dispatcher devices no find and no downloading drivers

Hi:

 

I can't find a support page for that model series either.

 

See if installing the HP support assistant software from the link below finds the drivers you need.

 

HP Support Assistant | HP® Official Site

 

Click on the orange download button on the upper right side of the page.

 

You can also try the drivers and software from this slightly older model...I would not use the BIOS files though.
