Hi, 

 

My HP Envy  Network adaptor (Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz) is showing as an error and I have no wireless icon to select.  

 

In terms of what I have done:-

 

I have uninstalled the driver which intermittently worked, but doesn't seem to work anymore.

 

I have reinstalled Windows and again this didn't  work.  

 

Can someone advise me of what else I can do before I go and hand it over to currys for their investigation for what has been quite a disappointing laptop?
