5Ghz connection disappears on realtek rtl8822ce

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0044ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help, on the realtek rtl8822ce module, the connection with the Wi-Fi 5GHz is lost.
I see the network on the list, but I can’t connect. It happens that the network is not on the list.
On other devices, communication is stable and without interruptions.
Drivers are the last.

I tried to install channel 36, and the wifi became visible. Why it happens? Why is this not mentioned anywhere?

@Phoenix32 Perhaps, the answer could be provided by your ISP, considering the change of the channel fixed the issue, most likely the router channel was busy.

For home routers I recommend setting them to Auto. In the majority of the cases they will find an open channel (consult the ISP for the same)

I hope that helps, if you need anything else, feel free to get back to us,
