I would like to thank the community for taking the time to read this post.

 

I have been unable to connect to the internet on my laptop. In the toolbar on the home screen that has the airplane symbol, an “unclickable” button shows that airplane mode is turned on (a button is switched to the on position), and is unable to be turned off as I have tried clicking it. Any suggestions on what I can do? Currently I am choosing not to speak, so I am unable to contact a representative through phone. Typing is my current mode of communication, so as I previously mentioned, I appreciate the support.
