hi everyone guys I have the same problem, I recently bought an envy x360 laptop and I started having problems. that is, when the computer turns on, Wi-Fi works fine, but after a while everything disappears; it doesn’t show a single network even from the hotspot, so I either have to restart the computer or go into troubleshooting and restart the wireless network adapter. I tried to find at least some information on YouTube but there is no solution. By the way, I wrote this appeal using Google Translate because I don’t know English. I will be glad if you have a Russian-speaking employee who will help me with this.

Hi @arno4422,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your new laptop's Wi-Fi connectivity.  I'm here to help troubleshoot your problem.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Update Drivers: Make sure your wireless network adapter drivers are up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues. Click here

Power Management Settings: Check your power management settings for the wireless adapter. Sometimes, the system may be set to turn off the adapter to save power, which can cause it to disappear.

Network Reset: You can try resetting your network settings to default. This can often fix connectivity issues.

Check for Interference: Ensure there are no physical obstructions or sources of interference near your laptop that could be affecting the Wi-Fi signal.

Please click here for advanced troubleshooting.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
