All my bluetooth headphones can be seen in device and printers but it doesn't pair with any of it

I'm able to see my bluetooth speaker under device and printers but it doesn't connect or pair with my speaker and also "Allow to connect a device" is also grayed out

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to pair your Bluetooth devices to the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

 

  1. Turn on your Bluetooth device and make it discoverable. The way you make it discoverable depends on the device. ...
  2. Select Start > Devices and Printers.
  3. Select Add a device > select the device > Next.
  4. Follow any other instructions that might appear.
