I'm able to see my bluetooth speaker under device and printers but it doesn't connect or pair with my speaker and also "Allow to connect a device" is also grayed out

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to pair your Bluetooth devices to the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.
- Turn on your Bluetooth device and make it discoverable. The way you make it discoverable depends on the device. ...
- Select Start > Devices and Printers.
- Select Add a device > select the device > Next.
- Follow any other instructions that might appear.
