Product: Hp envy 5530

My HP envy 5530 will not connect to my wifi. Had been fine until cable tech came and worked on our wifi.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Go to the setup menu>Wireless>Restore Network Defaults.

 

Once done connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi: Setup Menu>Wireless>Wireless Setup Wizard
