I can't even get the airpods pro to show up on my spectre. Anyone know how to pair the two devices?

Hello @jake266637,

 

What have you tried so far?

 

The steps for pairing should go like this: 

  1. Ensure the AirPods are secured in their charging case
  2. Then flip open the lid of the charging case
  3. Press and hold the button on the back until the light on the front starts blinking
  4. Do not close the lid
  5. On your HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0xx, open Settings
  6. Navigate to Devices, then Bluetooth & other devices
  7. Select Add Bluetooth or other device
  8. Select Bluetooth "Mice, keyboard, pens..."
  9. Wait a few moments and select your AirPods Pro
  10. Let it finish setting up

I can pair the airpods but they will not connect so that i can actually use them.
