Hi There, i have a HP Envy 15 and have just reloaded Windows 10.

Now, every time i send a file (eg: Photos) via bluetooth from my phone, it fails.

The only way to stop it from failing is to "Right Click" on the bluetooth option and select "Receive a File" which is so time consuming and frustrating, as every file needs to be done ONE at a Time....

This has only started since i reloaded windows

i downloaded and (re) installed the Broadcom Bluetooth Driver (SP71995) from here but this has not changed anything..

can anyone help???

I understand that you are unable to transfer the files through Bluetooth.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
