Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody,

The message "Device without Bluetooth" is displayed. Due to Windows 10 malfunctions, I made a return to the factory setup, but since then I no longer have Bluetooth and Wireless features on my HP 15 Notebook.

The Windows 10 operating system version 1909 is up to date.

I searched windows features but nothing matches. In addition, Bluetooth and Wireless icons no longer appear in the notification area.

The pilots involved are up to date.

I access the home screen of the BIOS but not the part where you can turn the various features on or off.

I attach screenshots for a better visualization of what I describe above.

Can you tell me what to do ? Thank you for your help.
