HP LAPTOP 17BS0XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had internet access with no issues. Yesterday the drivers disappeared and therefor no internet access and it is vital right now to have internet as we are doing online schooling. How do I get the drivers if I have no internet access to download them or to do any updates? The message I got is the local area connection adapter is missing. The only adapters showing up  PPPoP WAN &  Realtek family controller.  I borrowed a laptop and tried to download the current Bluetooth and Realtek wireless LAN drivers to a USB and then tried to open them on my laptop but that did nothing. I know I'm probably missing something here.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@BEACHBABYFLA1,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Bluetooth and Wireless drivers disappeared from the com

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  1. Click Start, and type devmgmt.msc in the Start Search box and hit enter.
  2. Device Manager opens.
  3. In Device Manager, click your computer so that it is highlighted.
  4. Click Action, and then click Scan for hardware changes.
  5. Check whether the drivers appear in the device manager.

If you continue facing the issue, then perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working fine.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system restore.
