My Bluetooth headset randomly disconnects several times, and I have done all possible troubleshooting steps as advised by the hp support team including:
driver updates,
wireless card update,
bios update
power management,
yet hp India support team is claiming that It cannot send any personnel to visit as factory reset of the windows has not been done. Here let me tell you how hard is it to setup a laptop these days from configuration of the system settings, digital licenses and other settings by IT team from office, not to mention all the personal software installations.
On top of it, I lost 4-5 hours of my work time because the hp support guys are not competent enough to detect the problem.
I am deeply unsatisfied by the service, I previously had a dell laptop and never faced any such issue. I am not recommending the products of hp anymore. The service provided by them is abysmal.
