Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)

1: Battery isn't charging 100 % . Charging status stuck  at 99%. I completely  drained as well to check.. any solution for it.

2: Suddenly wifi disconnects itself. all the icon vanished by own.. then I have to restart it to get it back into proper way..
