I would like to know if I can upgrade my laptop's wifi wlan card to dual band (i.e 2.4 & 5Ghz) + bluetooth. Currently, it only supports 2.4 GHz.

I have tried Intel 7260HMW and did not work.

Hi:

Your notebook's model series has a BIOS whitelist and the only wifi card that will work is the one your notebook originally came with.

If you want to go with dual band, you will need to use a USB dual band AC wifi adapter and the same goes for Bluetooth.
