Hi,

Please help me out as I'm facing blue screen Stop code error that mentioned in subject line. The screen of laptop showing the message that "your Device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you." It showing 70% complete and even I'm not able to shut it down or restart. what can I do now please help me in this situation.

Before this it was showing some network issue or wireless issue since last 1 month.
