Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had to replace the hard drive on my HP Envy 17. Since I have not been able to turn on the blur tooth adapter. It is as if it is not there. The plus sign is there to add devices but nothing happens and the blue tooth icon is not in the tool bar?
