Hi,

My Laptop Bluetooth device when enabled doesn't discover any Bluetooth device around. Please can someone review the below setup details and provide help at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

 

In Device Manager I see the following setup

Under Bluetooth Icon

- Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)

   Properties - > General

   Device Status : This device is working properly

   Device Type : Bluetooth

   Manufacturer : Microsoft

   Location: on Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter

   Properties - > Driver

   Driver Provider : Microsoft

   Driver Date : 6/21/2006

   Driver Version: 10.0.18362.1

   Properties - > Details

   Hardware Ids : BTH\MS_RFCOMM

 

- Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator

   Properties - > General

   Device Status : This device is working properly

   Device Type : Bluetooth

   Manufacturer : Microsoft

   Location: on Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
