Bluetooth Device not found

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bluetooth and Cam experienced dysfunction at the same time tonight.

Cam showed black screen but I was able to fix it by reinstalling the drives.

Bluetooth is still faulty and Bluetooth device is not found anymore.

Installing the drivers again (Intel Bluetooth Driver - sp103957/Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver - sp104078) is not helping as Bluetooth is not appearing in the Device Manager and I can't see the drivers in the list. It's just gone.

Same symptoms for Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers - sp104142, I install it but does not show up.

I have uninstall Intel Wifi Driver as well and install again, no better result.

Thanks to advise.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Let's start with the Hard Reset: (To release any excessive static causing the issue).

This method works for a variety of Driver connection and ‘stuck’ program issues.

  • Shut down the computer

  • Disconnect all external devices - everything.

  • Remove AC power and the battery

  • Press and hold power button for at least 30 seconds

  • Reconnect the AC power (only),

  • Power on > Login

  • Next time you shut down the system, reinstall battery and follow the below steps.
