* I used an old Bluetooth USB adapter for an inexpensive speaker.
* I switched to a JBL Charge 3 Bluetooth Speaker but it didn't connect.
* I tried a Promate Mini USB Wireless BY V4.0 Smart Adapter and got it loaded. However the speaker will not work.
* I get a "CsRBTport Emumerator Device error message (3 places). Also a code 1 (Windows 7).
Someone mentioned that it might be a conflict with old Windows Drivers already in the computer.
JBL was unable to address the situation and refused to let me return the new speakers the following day.
Can anyone assist me?

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. :) I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP p2-1350l Desktop PC and have connected an external USB Promate Mini USB Wireless BY V4.0 Smart Adapter. When you try to pair it with the JBL Charge 3 Bluetooth Speaker, it doe snot work and gives an error stating: "CsRBTport Enumerator Device error."
