My laptop is windows 7/10. I can't find the Bluetooth on of my laptop. Then, when I clicked the trooble shooting, it is said that my laptop don't have a Bluetooth radio. And I clicked the continue bottom, then it said that don't have a Bluetooth being installed on my laptop. So, how can I fixed it?

I see you are experiencing Bluetooth issues with the HP Laptop PC.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try updating the network adapters driver from HP.COM
- You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
