Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm having issues with Bluetooth, it appears that it doesn't find any other nearby devices that I try connecting I contacted Microsoft support and they told me to contact hp for something about drivers.

I looked up the drivers for my current pc but couldn't seem to find any drivers available for my pc. My Bluetooth worked just fine prior to this issue and I'm not sure what to do now.

What is your OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)  machine ? It could be one of the following machines

It should have

Realtek Wi-Fi 5 (2x2) and Bluetooth 5 combo

  • Card: Realtek RTL8822CE

  • Interface: M.2

  • Transmission standards: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac

  • Dual Band: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz

  • Multi-user MIMO support: Yes

That is a problem wifi adapter. Please try
