Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I had Windows 7 -32 Bit installed on my laptop with all applications working. Last week I installed Windows 10 -64 bit .But after installation Bluetooth on my Windows 7 stopped working. After seeking the answer on HP Community I came to know that first I had to uninstall the driver of Bluetooth and then again reinstall it. After getting help I installed sp66402,sp62981 &sp63637.
After restarting I got the bluetooth option with properties of the adapter showing everything is working fine .But when I tried to transfer my file on laptop to my mobile I got the message" File cant be transferred because of an error". The error was not shown which made me helpless. Please help me solve this issue at the earliest. The details of my Bluetooth adapter are:

Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
Hardware ID : USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E1&REV_0112
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E1

Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator
Hardware ID :BTH\MS_BTHBRB

Please try to uninstall existing driver and use:

 

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66402.exe

I uninstalled the Driver . After Extracting sp66402 and moving on with the installation I am getting the message "Repair Bluetooth Software"...or cancel installation. Going with Repair bluetooth software I am getting the message "No bluetooth device was detected.Please make sure that Bluetooth device is plugged in properly to continue installation".... So my problem is yet not solved....and request you to provide me an alternative solution for this. Thanks.!
