Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using a refurbished HP ENVY dv4 Notebook laptop. Recently, my windows crushed which forced me to reinstall a new windows(Windows 10 Pro) from third party developers. The speed, performance and functionality, almost all features are functional, apart from BLUETOOTH SERVICES.  I have tried to download and install new drivers but no no vail, all my troubleshooting attempts has led to no success. nevertheless, the Bluetooth devices is not available on the devices at the Control Panel.  How can this Bluetooth issues be solved?

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

 

You have to use the corresponding model Bluetooth driver as the model Wi-Fi adapter.

 

Also, your notebook's Bluetooth adapter may be too old to be supported for W10.
