The specs of your machine is

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05366604

It came with  FreeDOS 1.2.

  • Did you install Windows 10 yourself ?
  • Did you install all required drivers ?

You need driver for Bluetooth otherwise it won't work. Your machine has

   Realtek RTL8723BE-VB 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter part #  855106-855

You need to install the following driver

             https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98266.exe

Regards.
