Bluetooth/WiFi interference HP pavilion x360 convertible

HP pavilion x360 convertible 13-u110nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’ve had a refurbished HP pavilion x360 convertible -serial: 1TQ31EA#ABF- for close to 3 years.

From the get-go, I’ve experienced interferences when activating Bluetooth and Wi-Fi at the same time.

I’ve used a Belkin Bluetooth adapter as a workaround for some time, but a recent Windows update rendered it unusable.

My drivers are up-to-date, so is Windows -version 20H2, build 19042.867.

Wi-Fi works fine w/o the Bluetooth activated. Sharing my smartphone connection through USB allows for the Bluetooth connectivity to function nominally.

I’m wondering whether changing either the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module -Realtek RTL 8723BE- would be a fix, or if an upgrade is available, a better solution.
