HP Recommended
Product: HP Z-Book 15 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Bluetooth and sim card slot on my pc are not working ever since I got it. I have tried to install the drivers several times but it doesn't work. The device doesn't even show up on the device manager. I have the same with my finger print sensor.

I appreciate any help pls.
