Hi,
I bought a laptop 3 years ago which is of model Pavilion n245se, 4 months ago I bought a microsoft bluetooth mouse, and when I tried to open the bluetooth in the windows to start working with the new mouse I realised that the laptop doesn't have Bluetooth device, and the WiFi PCIe half mini card is not including a Bluetooth.
The card is Realtek RTL8188EE.
I'm now searching for another card that have both WiFi and Bluetooth in amazon, but all cards available says not working on HP, Lenovo, and other laptops.
Could anyone support me to find the suitable card please?
I can't also get any number for HP to get any support, I sent to the HP support 2 months ago without any reply, I swear I was a big fan of HP but now I'm thinking of changing to another brand.

Great.
Not only does this card have bluetooth, but it also is a dual band AC card...
Since your notebook has an Intel processor and two antenna cables, you can upgrade to this card.
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
The card is readily available on eBay or Amazon, and doesn't cost much at all.
Do your search by the HP part number, not by the model number of the wireless card.
What country are you located in?
I'll see if I can find a telephone number for you to contact HP support with.

Hi:
Shut down the notebook, unplug the A/C adapter, remove the battery, open up the compartment where the wifi card is located, and tell me how many antenna cables are connected to the Realtek 8188EE wifi card in your notebook...one or two?
Here is the link to the service manual. The wifi card R & R procedures can be found in chapter 5.
It looks easy to get to.

You're very welcome.
You have a great day too!
I have this support number listing for Saudi Arabia...You would want the Presario and Pavilion PC support number.

Anytime.
All you need to do is first uninstall the realtek wifi adapter and driver in the device manager.
To do that, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, right click on the Realtek wifi adapter, select uninstall and check the uninstall driver box.
Shut down, unplug the PC, remove the battery and replace the wifi card.
You can use the same antenna cables to connect to the new card.
Here are the latest wifi and bluetooth drivers for the Intel card...
Windows 10 will automatically install the wifi driver, but I think you will need to install the bluetooth driver above.
Then if you want to update the wifi driver, you can do so using the first link I posted.
