HP Zbook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Zbook G4

Windows 10 Pro 1909 64-bit, Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

In the middle of working, my Bluetooth mouse stopped working.

No Bluetooth icon in the Windows Action Center.

No Bluetooth entry in device manager. There is a device under USB controllers with an error: "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

I tried repairing the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) in Programs and Features.

I found a post that seemed applicable but the links to the Intel Pro drivers are broken. Intel Driver & Support page doesn't offer a "Bluetooth" driver to download. (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/Bluetooth-disappeared/td-p/6619127)

HP Updates shows no updates.

Softpaq installers is, generally, useless (it shows a BIOS update that's already installed, for example).
