Bluetooth disappears.etc...fixed

HP Recommended
Pavillion laptop 17-ar0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Reading the same probs everyone has with the

 Intel's AC-3165 wifi/bluetooth adapter.

The answer is update BIOS from HP (my latest version was .21 or .24 i believe. Go to network settings, go to advanced and unchevk the box that says allow this machine and shared others to turn this function off ( bluetooth). Go ahead download every network hardware update fike frim Hp ,( put on DTop). Run the bios update..sign into Microsoft account.  Check right lower corner (notifications) now bluetooth appears..wait , let it reconnect like old days. Now run every adapter update . This covers files in between HP's overlaps..Restart..

Fixed...all drivers are in olace and to date..use BT like usual. Windows update doesnt address the 3.0 call chk/sum to make BT ,"say hi !

Now that it can ONLY be turned off by YOU (takes some doin) the USB 3.0 and net adapter will function to the BT side of card...Finally, I've struggled with this MANY times..see ya
