Hello
Can you possibly help me with an important matter I can't figure it out ? I have an HP Notebook-15-ac107nq model and the Bluetooth doesn't work. It doesn't finds other devices and is unfunctionable. Where can I find a driver for it?
Furthermore, it needs an uninstall for the actual one? How can I do that?

Hi:
Bluetooth is also a function of the wifi adapter.
What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi, Paul!
Thank you for answering. I've searched what you've said and I found a name : Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi adapter. Is that it?
Also, I have to mention that my Windows has been reinstalled. I had a Windows 10 and Bluetooth was working then, and now I have Windows 7.
