Bluetooth drivers are missing in the device setting

I'm trying to find out how to reinstall Bluetooth drivers..nothing says Bluetooth in seetings on device properties / settings. Howi in the world do I do this so Bluetooth will work just for a couple of other things in trying to do. I know it hss Bluetooth bc it's picking up my Amazon fire TV edition and my other tv. Please ease ease help
