It is a hardware issue only in W7 that can be resolved by following the guidance from that discussion I posted above.
The only way the Bluetooth is going to work without taking the notebook apart, is if you install W10 64 bit.
You may still be able to upgrade to W10 Pro for free by reading the info at the link below...

Your notebook doesn't have an Intel wifi adapter according to the specs.
Most likely it comes with the Realtek wifi adapter, for which you need this W7 BT driver...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models that are running a supported operating system.

Yes, according to the parts list for your model, it has the Realtek wifi adapter with Bluetooth.

The driver I gave you is the one you need for that model wifi adapter.
If there is no Bluetooth devices category in the device manager, then you will have to remove the wifi card and mask two of the contacts in order to get the BT to work in W7...
