Hi @Robi99,
What you do not seem to grasp just yet is that installing the driver will not help you.
If you do not have the Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter installed in your notebook, as in your current configuration, the driver will not have anything to work with.
That is why I described, with some details, the options that are available to you.

HI @Robi99,
Welcome to the forum.
Thanks for providing such detailed information. Not everyone does.
I notice that the Device Manager image shows that the Realtek 8188EE wifi adapter is installed. That strikes me as a curiousity. That particular wifi adapter is not one that provides wireless 802.11 and Bluetooth. So that begs the question, how were you achieving bluetooth before?
The adapters in the list below this were delivered in the notebook series that you have. Only the Ralink RT3290LE provides wifi and bluetooth.
Atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n
Fi Adapter
You do have a few options.
The simple solution would be to purchase a bluetooth USB dongle. That is a simple plug n' play option. The dongles are tiny and unobtrusive. You can't beat the $9.00 USD price as a least expensive option.

You could also consider installing the Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0Combo Adapter to resolve the issue

Hello Sir,
Thanks for your reply.
Basically I had some other problems as well, for example PC was becoming too slow that it was taking long time to browse, to turn on or turn off, etc. For this reason I did Windows set up before and then I did not use bluetooth. Few days ago I found that it is not working.
However, could you provide me the download link of " Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0Combo Adapter " driver please.
Note: Using my product no., I found that HP company is offering these drivers (attached pictures) only.
Thank you.
