Hi, I have a problem with my earbuds connected via Bluetooth. The audio is breaking, is not smooth. I have Windows 11, 64-bit, I have tried to install the driver from the HP website but it did not help. My notebook is 15-CS0052CL - can anyone help? Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing Audio issues with the HP Laptop earbuds connected via Bluetooth.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.  
  • Check with wired headphones if the audio is fine.
  • Also try with an alternate wireless headphones if it works fine.
  • Try installing the Bluetooth driver from HP.COM

Thank you for responding, I appreciate your time and effort.

 

I have a few recommendations. 

  • Try doing system restore if it had worked few days ago.
  • If issue persist then do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
