Bluetooth no longer available

Hi Community!


I have this trouble on bluetooth that when i going to configuration -> bluetooth and other devices, there's no longer de switch to activate or disactivate bluetooth, and when i going to Device Manager the bluetooth icon disappeared.


My notebook it's a HP Pavilion 15-cw00019la. I hope someon can help me!
