Bluetooth not available

HP Recommended
Probook G7 455, ryzen 4500U
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop about a month ago. Until yesterday, everything was ok.
After the last reboot, it stopped recognising my BT mouse, so I went to the settings to reconnect it, but the troubleshooting programme said that my laptop does not support BT.
 I updated all drivers available drivers from HP Suppoer assistant, then reinstalled them from HP webpage and after that a windows factory reset, but neither worked. 
There is no icon in the start menu, not even a Bluetooth icon in the microsoft device manager.
