Hi,

I've an HP ProBook 650 G1, number D9S35AV

The problem is that I can't find any bluetooth connections.. It's like my computer didn't have the bluetooth radio.. How can I risolve this problem? I also have another HP ProBook 650 G1, but in this I've no problems with the bluetooth connection..

Hi:

 

Install the HP connection manager software, restart the PC and see if you can turn on the BT radio using the software controls in the HP connection manager.

 

This package provides the HP Connection Manager for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
