HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I'm experiencing an issue with my bluetooth on my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx.

The option to turn it on won't show up in the quick-menu or in the configuration screen. I already tried re-installing the drivers, but without any succes. The device showed up in the device manager, only when displaying hidden devices. Now bluetooth won't show up at all. Diagnostics shows no issues when running the full test and wireless module test. I'm not sure if it ever worked, because this product is 1 or 2 weeks old at most.

I called HP yesterday, but they said I need to get my wireless module replaced. I'm not entirely convinced, as I see some people asking the same thing for different models after a windows update. Could it be the drivers?
