HELP! I bought Xtraem BX200 Bluetooth headphones and want to get them to work with my HP Pavillion 15 5CD3484K5C notebook PC running windows 10. When I look at all of the troubleshooting guides, they say go to settings, and scroll to bluetooth and other devices. Bluetooth doesn't even show up on that list. I click settings, select connected devices, bluetooth isn't on that list.
With the headphones in discovery mode,I have made sure that the Bluetooth service is enabled, by tying services.msc, and verifying bluetooth support services and bluetooth hands free devices services are running.
But for the life of me, I can't get bluetooth to show up on my settings screen for bluetooth and other devices. So I can't tell the PC to discover the headphones.
HELP!

Hi:
Most likely your notebook does not have the required bluetooth hardware.
What model wireless network adapter does your notebook have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
The bluetooth radio is on the same circuit board as the wireless radio on wifi adapters that are combination wifi and bluetooth.
Windows has bluetooth services as part of the operating system regardless if the bluetooth hardware is present or not.
