My Bluetooth is not working after upgradation into windows 10

MODEL HP Pavilion dv6-6154tx Entertainment Notebook PC

Parent OS- Windows 7 home premium
Upgraded OS- Windows 10 21h2

recently i contact to microsoft the referred me to hp.

i uploaded screenshots.... please suggest me what can i do and how can i do??this is device managerthis is device managerthis is my bluetooth appthis is my bluetooth app

Hi:

 

Most dv6 notebooks from that era have problems with the Bluetooth not working on W10.

 

What model wifi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

The generic Bluetooth adapter showing up in the device manager is the problem.

 

That should have a specific driver installed for the model wifi card the Bluetooth is part of.
