The Bluetooth is not working. If i install any Bluetooth drivers like Broadcom, realtek etc. I find it in unknown drivers in device manager . What should I do ? Sometimes the computer shows Bluetooth option in notifications bar. But l can't do anything with that .The option say "not connected " with the option of Bluetooth highlighted .

Hi:

There is nothing wrong with your notebook.

The Realtek RTL8188EE wifi adapter, is wifi only, not a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

Your notebook does not have built in Bluetooth networking hardware, which is why you cannot connect to any BT devices.

Hi:

What model wifi adapter does your notebook come with?

You would install the same model Bluetooth driver as the model wifi adapter your notebook has.

HP Recommended

How to find out which model Wi-Fi adapter it came with?

HP Recommended

Go to the device manager.

Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wifi adapter.

If you let me know what model it is, I will post the link to the BT driver for it.

Ok.

I will reply soon.
