Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As many others, I now also experience that Bluetooth is no longer working on my HP Spectre laptop (it was working fine before, though I do not know from what moment things went wrong).  Although the Bluetooth is switched on, it mentions that there is no connection. The BT Troubleshooting function also mentions that there is no connection with the BT-radio, though it offers no solution. I tried everything that HP recommends, such as switching BT off/on, airplane modus on/off, installing the latest drivers, removing an deinstalling the bluetooth devices in the Device manager etc., but none of this is helping. And seeing many other users in the Community with the same problem, I think there is a bigger problem underlying this?

Hope that anyone can help me out. Thanks in advance!

Okay, I solved part of the problem myself. Maybe this helps other users, as well as HP, so decided to place this comment as well:

Even though BT says that it is "not connected", I can connect my BT earphones through the Action Centre, using the "Connect" function. When turning BT off, also the connection with the earphones is lost, and it is connected again automatically when turning BT on (so looks as if BT is working pretty well). Really strange that the Action Centre says that BT is not connected, while one can Connect devices through BT. I do not understand it, but I am glad that I can listen to my music again using my BT ear phones.

Good luck everyone and stay healthy!!
