Bluetooth on/off option is missing from setting>>Bluetooh&device.  ALso bluetooth driver is missing from DeviceManager.

While MY PC support Bluetooth.

The Specifications do indicate that Bluetooth is an option for three of the four available configurations on this model.

Wireless LAN (WLAN)
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11 ac (1x1) WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo
Realtek 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
Broadcom 802.11 b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
Realtek 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi

 

 

The Device Manager is used to manage drivers (software for hardware components).

 

Use the Device Manager to determine which of the Wireless cards is installed (or at least detected) in your computer.

 

Open Device Manager

Expand category Network adapters

Find your device in the list

If the wireless hardware installed in your computer is one of the "Bluetooth" inclusive components,

If you have reason to believe the driver is not installed (or needs an update),

Use this information to find and download-save-install the appropriate driver (software).

 

For example:

Software, Drivers & Firmware - HP 245 G5 Notebook PC

 

Scroll down > Expand category Driver - Network

 

Find your device > click open  "Details" on that section > Click open "See full details"

Read the information for each of the categories and decide whether to install that software.

 

NOTE:  The "Associated files" section does not actually "download" any file to your computer, rather the button opens a separate small window that provides the available description of the installation package.
