Bluetooth only has voice available on 2 different TaoTronics headsets

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have been using these two headsets for a while now but for some reason they are not connecting ok. I have disconnected and reconnected them, unpaired and re-paired them with laptop reboots in between - same issue. Error is just "driver error". I have checked the drivers and it comes back with drivers are up to date with software/firmware....
I have not changed any settings or installed any software for quite a while and the only "updates" I have done recently are just the standard Windows updates (not that we have any choice!)
The headsets pair and work fine on mobile phone and tablet....
